Dear AC Fitness and Body Design,
I originally entered AC Fitness to return a piece of underwater camera equipment to a friend of mine who works out there on a daily basis. While I was waiting, I asked to be shown around to see the equipment and the overall facility. It was indeed my good fortune to be hosted and signed up as a new member on May 13th of this year by Cheryl and then invited by Corey to participate in the Body Design program for achieving my personal physical fitness goals. So I signed on for two one-hour training sessions every week and I was assigned to Keith Nakamoto as my personal trainer. Since that time, I have met so many who have all contributed to my progress through their positive affirmations and encouragements when I enter and leave.
After my first training session with Keith, I called him and told him that I felt better already. Sure it was mostly mental but, since that first day, Keith has brought me a long way toward being a better physical self, a better mental self and a better spiritual self. I look forward to my sessions with Keith and his teaching enthusiasm. They are the high points of my work week. He has excelled in diligently instructing me in all of my weight and aerobic training exercises as well as a proper mandatory diet regimen in order for me to achieve optimum results. And that I have done. Just last week, my measurements, that he has recorded for the third time since beginning the program, have impressed and pleased me. I feel that, without Keith's guidance, I could not have achieved such good results. I believe that Keith uses some of lig Ziglar's teaching techniques. Zig used to say to his audience "I'm gonna tell ya what I'm goons tell ya! Then I'm gonna ten ya! Then I'm gonna tell ya what I told ya!n Because of his bona-fide genuine interest in my progress, Keith has become a very special person in my life. He has definitely changed it for the better and, for that, I am very grateful. THANK YOU AC FITNESS AND BODY DESIGN.
Yours truly,
Stan MaIkemus
