I began training with Scott Kopas in November of 2002 after hitting personal plateaus in most of my weight training areas and also to look for new ideas and techniques to implement into my workouts. In the past 11 months I have learned many things and reached all of the short-term goals that I was to achieve. I have put on 20 pounds of mass, increased my overall strength by roughly 20% and have learned enough about form, strength-training techniques, and nutrition to last me a lifetime. The training sessions that I have with Scott are always looked forward to because I know that he will push me further than I could go on my own. This intensity level is something that I have come to expect every time I am with him. Also, the knowledge that he brings to me is vital. I can't even count the number of times that he has introduced me to something new that I now could not live without in my weekly routine. And finally, his positive attitude is something I have also come to expect from him. He always has a friendly demeanor and is always willing to answer my questions that I have for him, no matter what he is doing at the time. In closing, I have now targeted new goals for myself in the future and I look forward to Scott's help in getting them achieved.
