I was a resistance training regular through my 20's and 30's; however, a series of personal setbacks over the Last 18 months arrested my exercise routine. I came to Jocelyn as an overwejgbt, soft, easily winded 42 year old in Apri1 2002. She dev loped a sensible exercise/diet plan for me.
My body responded to her mix of cardio, weights, and Pilates. I gained muscle and lost weight - at least 15 pounds thus far. My fat-to-1ean ratio fell m 25 to 20 percent by the end of June. More surprisingly, was a positive change in body shape and tone in eight weeks of conditioning. Seeing results is great motivation to continue.
I appreciate Jocelyn's sincere interest in client improvement. He understanding of physiology and exercise programs beyond basic weight training has kept our workouts stimulating and productive. I think she can help people with a variety of fitness goals to succeed.
