I have been training with Jocelyn since January this year. I weighed 170 bs and had 36% body fat.
Now, I have reached my goal of 166 pounds and my body fat is % lower. I am much stronger as is shown by my fitness test results. And I can :see muscle definition. When friends see my picture from December 2002 at 190, they cannot believe the difference.
I have earned how to eat in a healthier manner and enjoy my workouts.
