I have always been a "yoyo dieter', I have fought my weight all my life; however, I never had trouble losing weight, just keeping it off. When I reached 50 I had more and more trouble getting the weight off. When I started with Body Design I had reached my all time high at 95 lbs. Since I began this program I have lost 10 lbs and 12 inches. More important, I feel better than I have in years, and I think this meal plan and exercise routine is one I can stay with permanently. By the way I am 60 years old now.
