TO: Body Design
I started my training program Jan 9,2003. at a weight of 150 and 33% body fat.
I switched trainers in July after a two month absence. lMy body fat had increased to 44% and I' was 161 pounds.
Since working out with Jocelyn, I have seen some great results. I have lost 5% body fat, and have dropped two dress sizes. I am more motivated to come to the gym to work out with Jocelyn and love the Pilates classes she teaches .also.
She has provided me with information for healthier nutrition, plus healthy recipes. As a single parent time is important and sometimes it is hard to cook healthy. I feel so much stronger and able to handle my two children so much easier.
