My trainer, Dawn, is nothing like my last trainer. Dawn has helped me so much with my diet and workouts. Not only is she a friend to me, she motivates me to eat healthy and exercise regularly. When we do my workouts, Dawn always tells me the correct way to stand, and corrects me if I'm doing it wrong. She always tells what muscle we are working and how important the muscle is. Dawn always has interesting conversation that helps keep me entertained during my workout. My trainer is the best!
