Dear Albert,
I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate you. Your positive attitude always lifts me up and pushes me to work harder. You are showing me how to change my life for the better with the workouts, meal plans and your encouragement.
When I first came to you and we talked about my goals for weight loss and healthy living, you said "we can do it!" with such conviction that I actually believed you and I still do. Even though I have not lost any weight, I have grown muscle mass and lost body fat, all due to your guidance, and I feel better after every session. I also want you to know that it really meant a lot to me that you would call to see how I was feeling after one of our tougher sessions. You knew that my muscles would be sore and tender in the next couple days and you called just to check on me - that shows me that you actually care about your clients and speaks of your true character.
I have never been someone that likes to workout or go to the gym, but since I signed up with Body Design and you started training me, I find myself looking forward to coming in and working out. You have shown me how to use the different machines and weights affectively which makes it easier for me to workout on my own as well.
