Dear Body Design: 10/1 /03
I trained with Scott Kopas for twelve weeks. During that time I dropped 20 pounds and went from 24% body fat to 16%. I gained inches in my arms and chest and had more energy and strength- In fact, I enjoyed it so much I had to. sign up for more. During my next contract I dropped to 12% body fat and continued to show increases in strength.
Another great thing about training with Scott was his ability to meet me at all different times and days. This was extremely important to me since I have a very busy and erratic schedule.
After training with Scott, I had the techniques and program to maintain my weight and strength. But, I want to go further and will be signing up again soon.
