My name is Han and I began training with Scott for twice a week since August of this year. Before joining the program was completely ignorant of the benefits and techniques involved in having a proper nutrition and exercise plan. I felt tired most of the time, had horrible edurance while playing sports, and decided to do something about it.

Having made the decision to join the program with Scott as my trainer, I had great hopes of finally attaining my goals in fitness and health. Well it's October now and I already feel the massive improvements in all aspects of my daily life.No longer do r feel tired throughout the day, as a matter of fact, I have trouble sleeping now because of all that extra energy! As a consequemce, my motivation levels are at an all time high, my body fat decreased by 3%, Crunches up by 15 in 1 miinute. Bench press increased by 15 lbs, Leg Press by 83 lbs, Flexibility by 4" and best of all I gained ~10lbs of muscle.

Even though it's been only two months since I began the program, the results speak for themselves. Having a proper nutrition and exercise schedule will definitely improve your daily life, and all this thanks to Scott.
