I joined Cory's when they first opened. Since my work-related injury to my legs and knees, which effects my whole body, I have lost my job in a tire plant. I have been living with a lot of pain and swelling that has limited my time in the gym as well as effected my personal life.

Since I met Dawn with Body Design, she has taken the time and energy to challenge me to push myself against my disabilities. There are days I feel like giving into the pain, but she always has an encouraging attitude. I have had much progress since I have been working with Dawn. Thank you for your program!
